Evan J. LeonardPresident and Co-Founder
Evan J. Leonard, founded CHIPS Technology Group Inc after graduating from college in 1993 with his business partner David. As President and Co-Founder, Evans’ overall responsibilities include the strategic direction and financial execution of CHIPS.
Evan’s hard work and company guidance helped CHIPS Technology Group gain various prestigious honors. In 2002, CRN named CHIPS as a Fast Growth Company, and INC 500 ranked CHIPS at number 32 on their list of top 500 fastest growing privately held firms in North America.
Evan still enjoys the business to business marketplace of working and building solutions for accounts in the technology industry. He belongs to numerous groups such as EBA, NLD, YPO and is on the president’s council for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
David TanChief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
David Tan is Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of CHIPS Technology Group Inc. David is responsible for all IT decisions and technical direction for CHIPS.
David has always been a hands-on technologist whose proficiencies in multiple disciplines range from network infrastructure design and security to application development.
David holds multiple industry certifications, including the highly regarded Symantec Security SCSE.
Ken IndovinoDirector of Technical Service
Ken Indovino is the Director of Technical Service at CHIPS Technology Group Inc. Ken is responsible for managing all service departments including Pro-Active Services, Operations and Projects. His background spans over 20+ years and covers network infrastructure, datacenter management, and virtualization technologies.
Certified in Lean Six Sigma and ITIL Service Management, Ken offers process improvement and fosters a team mentality for maximum gain, all to provide customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining CHIPS, Ken held management positions with a few Fortune 500 companies. He has been involved in many international ventures, not only from a technical perspective, but from a business process and culture perspective as well. After having held several positions in both technology and management, Ken has brought a wealth of experience to the CHIPS family.
Barbara GouzeVice President of Key Accounts
Barbara is Vice President of Key Accounts at CHIPS Technology Group Inc. Barbara is responsible for supporting and maintaining sales for CHIPS Fortune 500 clients.
With over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, Barbara has brought tremendous industry knowledge and experience to CHIPS.
Barbara holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Management from Lehigh University and resides in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
